Terence had been the senior management, managing director, and executive director of the construction and fitting out arm of a sizable listed construction company in Hong Kong responsible for the general management, business development and project control
Apart from being a member of Hong Kong Institution of Engineers, a professional builder, and a registered professional engineer, Terence is also the Technical Director and Authorized Signatory of Registered General Building Contractor, Registered Specialist Contractor (Demolition), and Registered Specialist Contractor (Site Formation) approved in Buildings Department since 1999/2000.
